Yesterday I deleted this blog. Today I re-installed to leave this last message.

"All Things Bright & Beautiful" no longer represents who I am.

I feel uncomfortable with this blog as it stands.

So I deleted it.

Life is hard. You know a lot (maybe too much!) about who I am but there is a lot of hard stuff that I have not shared. I worry that eventually I will share too much. It is too easy to write forgetting that there is an audience :)

My life is quite bleak right now.
I have to haul myself up and focus, focus, focus.

I have a new blog :)

A blog with definition and discipline.

It does what it says on the can.....

You are very welcome to join me.

Much love, as always.

I understand, dearest. I shall pop over there and walk along with you. I am praying for you, holding your sweet soul before the Lord of grace. (Biggest HUG ever!)

Hello there. I've been in the same place as you blog-wise, and as much as I have enjoyed a fresh start with a new blog, I did regret deleting my old one, as there were so many great memories and comments on it. I've just been strolling down memory lane on your blog, and found comments from myself from 3 years ago!! Wow, where has the time gone eh?

I'll be sure to pop over to your new place, and cheer you on over there! :)

Love and hugs, Tina xxx

So sorry to hear you've been feeling uncomfortable with your blog, I know what you mean, it is easy to forget that through the blog, we are broadcasting to the world, and we really have little control over who reads it.

I hope you are happier in your new blog home,

take care, lily x

I am so happy to see you are still writing for us all, as I thought I had lost touch with your inspiring words when I saw your blog was closed. Looking forward to seeing you in your new blogspot. Hope the bleakness soon goes. God bless. Love Lesley x

Hello Lynn
Sorry to hear that you are closing this blog, but quite understand.
I will follow on your new blog & know that it will be just as good as this one. You must do what is best for you at this time.
Take good care of yourself & make sure that you take time to not only smell the roses but paint them too!

Lots of love in His name.

Hello my fellow midlander. I just read your comment to Elizabeth at French Village Life, and realised you have had a difficult weekend, (me too, family issues), and I prayed for you. I will join you in your new place for your new venture.

Our blogs cannot truly represent us, there is only so much we can share, but that doesn't make us fake, it just means we are sharing what is appropriate.

I wish you well Lynn xxx

Hi Lynn,

Thought I would drop by and say hello and thank you for your kind words regarding my blog and for your prayers regarding my surgery.

I'm sorry that you are closing this blog for I had always enjoyed reading it and came over to your blog often.

I understand what you are saying regarding this blog though and one of the reasons that I stopped blogging was that it just required too much time and energy. I got to the place where I just didn't know what to blog about. In addition, I felt that I was neglecting the things that needed to be done in my home as well as time spent with the Lord.

So I just decided to stop. I do miss reading the blogs of the friendships that I had developed through blogging but felt that if I kept on reading that I still wouldn't be getting the things done that I needed to.

When I finish this surgery though, I do think that I will come back to reading a few blogs that really interested me and yours is one of I will see you on your other blog soon.

Blessings to you,
